Merrell Updates Its Moab Silhouette to Be More Supportive and Sustainble
Merrell contributes to the consumer category for sustainable hiking shoes with the all-new Merrell® Moab 03 silhouette. While the model has been around for quite some time (15 years, to be exact), this new version is optimized to bring more support to the consumer and the brand claims it is "the most environmentally friendly Moab ever."
These sustainable hiking shoes are made with pig suede leather and feature a breathable and recycled mesh upper. The laces and the webbing are 100% recycled, as well. In terms of performance benefits, the Merrell® Moab 03 boasts reinforced heel cushioning and a Removable Kinetic Fit™ ADVANCED contoured footbed, as well as Merrell Air Cushion technology and Super Rebound Compound for shock absorption and stability. The Vibram® TC5+ outsole also adds durability, traction, and flexibility to the design.
