Melbourne-based chef Sam, who features her vegan creations on her Instagram '@sobeautifullyraw' creates beautiful sushi donuts that are almost too gorgeous to eat.
The artist recently received attention for her vegan galaxy donuts and now the same is happening for these donut-shaped seafood creations. The food features all the basic ingredients included in sushi -- white rice, wasabi, sesame seeds, ginger avocados and crab meat. What makes them unique is that these items lay on a circular bed of white rice that resembles the shape of a donut rather than taking on the shape of a traditional roll.
