Swedish photographer Susanne Kindt is quickly establishing herself in California as a skilled and rapidly developing shutterbug. Susanne Kindt began honing her photography skills at the age of 17 and hasn't looked back since. After spending a year in photography school in Copenhagen, the Stockholm, Sweden native made the big move across the pond and began assisting photographers in Los Angeles.
For her latest shoot, Susanne Kindt teamed up with Alle, a young model represented by NEXT in LA, and drove a few hours northeast of Los Angeles to the Mojave desert. "[It's] An amazing stretch of forgotten land where few people live but all my photography heroes have used as their backdrop," she said. "The idea was to embody the surroundings and create a feeling of belonging.“
The results are stunning. Susanne Kindt draws innocence and organic beauty in Alle, while still managing to highlight the incredible landscape of the Mojave. If this shoot is any indication, Susanne Kindt's future in fashion photography and editorials is extremely bright.
