Subaru Will Include TomTom Navigation in Its New US Vehicles

The all-new 2020 Outback and Legacy models from Subaru will now incorporate mapping and navigation components from the Dutch location technology and consumer electronics company, TomTom N.V. (TOM2).
Included in the new Subaru models is an infotainment platform that uses TomTom Maps, in addition to a new navigation user interface. DENSO, the leading supplier of advanced automotive technology, will be the Tier 1 system provider for the manufacturer.
TomTom is known for its innovative and easy-to-use maps, navigation software, and online services for all consumer, enterprise and automotive sectors. Subaru's adoption is another major automotive partnership integrating TomTom technologies with automobiles, joining others like BMW, Nissan, and Renault.
