With summer only a few months away, Checkers and Rally’s have expanded their dessert lineup to include the decadent new Strawberry Funnel Cake Stacker. Just as the name suggests, this tasty dessert is a clever take on a classic amusement park treat.
The new Strawberry Funnel Cake Stacker is a cross between funnel cake and creamy soft serve ice cream. The whole thing starts with a layer of strawberry sauce made from real strawberries, which is then topped with vanilla soft serve and another layer of sweet strawberry sauce. To top it all off, five Funnel Cake Fries are stuffed into the ice cream to create a decadent parfait dessert that will taste like a trip to the state fair.
