Spotify Made Personalized Spotify Playlists for its Customers

Music streaming service Spotify created custom playlists for its customers to thank them. Jelena Woehr had one created for her by one of Spotify's customer service members after she gave positive feedback about the service. The Spotify employee used titles of songs in a specific order to spell out: "Jelena/You Are Awesome/Thanks a Lot/For These Words/It Helps Me/Impress/The Management."

The simple gesture was well-received by Woehr, who was astonished and appreciated that Spotify had gone to the trouble of finding a song title that used her exact name and spelling. Immediately, Woehr screen-capped the playlist and shared it on Facebook, exclaiming: "Spotify customer care is ADORABLE."

These custom Spotify playlists that contain secret messages are a clever and fun way for the music streaming service to interact with its customers on a personal level.
