Goslings Rum Announces the Ocean-Aged 'Spirited Seas' Bermuda Rum
References: goslingsrum & bevnet
Goslings Rum has introduced its first ocean-aged rum called ‘Spirited Seas.’ ‘Spirited Seas’ has a taste that has traces of stone fruit, caramel apple, and salty dark chocolate, as well as softwood and allspice smells. ‘Spirited Seas,’ Goslings' second release of the year, is meant to be a long-term addition to the catalog. Flavors of spicy black oak linger in the finish, which is clean, complex, and silky.
Goslings suggest sipping the rum straight or blending it into a range of traditional cocktails, such as an Old Fashioned with a twist, an improved Rum Punch, or a hot buttered rum.
‘Spirited Seas’ will be sold at a few U.S. retailers in November and online at ReserveBar, Spirits Network, and Drizly.
