A group of winemakers from the Niagara region is attempting to make bubble beverages typically reserved for special occasions more accessible for everyday celebrations by creating sparkling wine cans.
The Origin Sparkling Wine is a high-quality VQA sparkling wine that was produced at the Four Mile Creek Road winery. Its unconventional container replaces the traditional bottle and cork packaging system for an aluminum one, complete with pop tab and all. In this single-serving format, this design makes it easier to finish a portion without worry of waste or wine going flat. This new product is set to make it much easier for large and small groups to celebrate accomplishments and occasions of all sizes.
The innovative new wine product is set to be showcased at this year's Niagara Icewine Festival gala in Niagara Falls.
