When it was first introduced, 'Soylent' was introduced to disrupt the way people consume food—recently, Soylent 2.0 was released as the next iteration of the scientifically engineered drink "to deliver all essential nutrients and provide an even release of energy."
Soylent is a milky white liquid that's made from a combination of ingredients like soy protein, algal oil and isomaltulose, which delivers proteins, fats, fiber and carbohydrates to the body. The highly efficient formula is vegan, nut-free and delivers about a fifth of the essential nutrients required by the body. On top of this, Soylent2.0 is packaged in recyclable ready-to-drink bottles that boast a one-year shelf life.
