SoundHound AI and Torchy’s Tacos have announced a new partnership that will provide customers with the ability to quickly and easily place their orders when visiting a participating location. The partnership will see SoundHound providing its AI Smart Ordering technology that will enable customers to get exactly what they're craving quickly and seamlessly. The artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled ordering system is being rolled out at Torch'ys 130 locations and is ready to handle 100% of incoming calls, while also handling multiple calls at once and taking orders simultaneously.
