Yoho Brewing's Sorry Umami IPA is a craft beer with a truly distinct flavor profile. Brewed with "umami that is extracted from Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)," a type of Japanese tuna, this beer boasts a 6.5% ABV rating and will appeal to beer lovers who enjoy a more robust flavor profile.

During the beer fermentation process, Sorry Umami IPA is also infused with tropical flavors meaning it won't taste like fish but rather like complex and refreshing. The craft brewery is based in Nagano, Japan and is known for spotlighting regional flavors in a unique way.

In addition to its Sorry Umami IPA flavor, Yoho Brewing also offers a Tokyo Black Porter, a bitter Aooni Japanese IPA, a citrusy Suiyoubi no Neko Belgian Wheat Ale and its best-selling citrusy Yona Yona American Pale Ale.
