The Solo Espresso Shot is launching from UK-based Solo Coffee to provide consumers with a way to boost their energy level without the need to down ample amounts of java or reach for an energy drink.
The cold brew coffee shot comes in 60ml bottles which contain 127mg of caffeine each thanks to the use of specialty grade espresso. The product will retail for £1.65 each or can be picked up in boxes of 10 for £16.50 for avid java aficionados to keep on hand at all times.
Solo Coffee Co-Founder and Head of Marketing Theo Garcia spoke on the new Solo Espresso Shot saying, "We have always wanted to make a product for retail and when the idea of the espresso shot presented itself, it felt so obvious to us that we just had to do it. For us, coffee is about functionality. Yes, we are obsessed with the coffee itself, our true love lies in what the coffee allows us to do.”
