Pionen White Mountains in Stockholm is the home of one of the most intense data centers in the world. It's home to one of Sweden's largest ISPs, and the sci-fi decor is enough to make anyone feel they've been transported onto a movie set.
The Pionen Data Center was once a Cold War bunker and nuclear shelter; its code name from those days, Pionen White Mountains, is retained to this day. Pionen is located beneath 30 meters of granite, so artificial sunlight, greenhouses and a giant fish tank are all implemented in the interior design to simulate a more natural environment.
