Portillo's Salted Caramel Spice Cake is being added to the fast-casual restaurant brand's menu as a sweet treat to help patrons end the summer and welcome the impending arrival of the autumn. The cake is available starting today and features a decadent mix of two layers of spice cake that's topped with a salted caramel icing to give it a sweet, complex flavor profile that will satisfy dessert cravings perfectly. The dessert is being offered by the slice or as a whole cake to accommodate being enjoyed a la carte or as a treat for larger get-togethers.
