These Schaller & Weber salami sticks are being launched by the New York City-based German butcher shop as a high-quality meat snack for consumers to pick up for anytime enjoyment.

The premium, charcuterie-inspired meat snacks are shelf-stable with a grab-and-go format to make them suitable for time-poor consumers to enjoy from anywhere. The snack comes in three varieties to choose from including Mike's Hot Honey, Hudson Whiskey 'The The Rye Thing' and Crown Maple. Each snack is made with antibiotic-free, humanely raised pork and features an artificial ingredient-free recipe.

President Jeremy Schaller spoke on the Schaller & Weber salami sticks saying, "We're motivated to share the exceptional taste of our salami with a broader audience, so we set out on a mission to create a more accessible version of our classic recipe. Our goal was to craft a product line that retains the essence of our original Landjäger while offering a convenient grab-and-go format and a more approachable price point."
