As the UK gets to grips with Royal Wedding mania, one gym has decided to offer its members a unique workout. GYMBOX, a gym known for its whacky classes such 'Human Weights' and 'Vogueing.' is now offering 'A Royal Workout.'
The royal exercise regime, designed by a team of GYMBOX's trainers and actual royalty (Ellen and Amy Lascelles are the granddaughters of George Lascelles; the 7th Earl of Harewood 56th and 57th in line to the throne), ensures fat burning and toning through a 45-minute, intense royal exercise regime. It also features an element designed to simulate lifting one of the Queen's corgis by lifting a 10kg dumbbell
