Because we can't always believe what the real estate agent says, we need to get the real dirt from the people that actually reside in that neck of the woods. That's where the Rotten Neighbors website comes in. Simply type in the postal code and let the site generate appropriate reviews by past and current residents or visitors. They'll give you the raw truth about screaming kids, lurky pedophiles and tone-deaf rock stars.

I thought I'd give this program a little test-drive, so I checked out sunny California.

Someone over in Santa Monica was quite upset about his neighbor's nasty Rottweilers -- the aggression is quite evident in his crude tone.
