In order to establish its eateries as little slices of heaven on Earth, Swiss restaurant chain Not Guilty implemented a lot of creative restaurant design ideas in its space. The dreamy interior by the Ippolito Fleitz Group features oversized birdcages that patrons can sit in, as well as cubbies in the wall to highlight specific products and playful wall art that offsets the sophisticated materials in the space.
At the counter where customers order and pay for their food, one of the neatest features of the space is that the menu boards are arranged to look like the cupboards on a kitchen hutch or oversized pizza boards. As if the promise of healthy, nutritious foods inside isn't enough of a reason to visit, the way Not Guilty balances its child-like whimsy with upscale adult fixtures and furniture is a treat for people of all ages.
