Reebok Classic's New Collaboration Was Inspired by Moscow

Reebok Classic has come out with another pair of shoes in a collaboration with fashion and design studio Faces & Laces.
The shoes are inspired by the same location that Faces & Laces is placed -- Moscow, Russia. Entitled 'City Under Construction,' the shoes certainly look city inspired. Featuring mostly black and gray colors, the Reebok Classic's invoke images of asphalt, cement and dark city nights. There are subtle hints of yellow dispersed through the sneakers as well as "reactive asphalt gunpowder," which gives the sole of the shoes a metallic, almost sparkly appearance. The metallic accents on the shoes were made to represent city lights and certainly give the shoes an industrial-meets-city vibe.
In a city that is not often referred to as being in the forefront of cutting-edge fashion and design, Faces & Laces' collaboration with Reebok Classic helps put that notion to rest.
