Take a close look at the photo. There really are no words to explain this. There's recycling and then there's this nutsoness. It's an old pair of briefs that's been cut up and turned into a sports bra.
If this is a woman, maybe it's her way of saying "I jest loves you Bubba!" If this is Bubba himself, maybe he's trying to impress everyone at his trailer park BBQ. Supposedly this picture was captured somewhere in Saskatchewan. I personally think it's one of my neighbours here in the south.
