World Record Lobster Roll Sandwich Attempt in Oregon
A new world record attempt for the largest crustacean roll will be made by a Portland, Oregon neighborhood association. This group of creative cooks will attempt to make the Guinness Book of World Records by making a 60-foot lobster roll.
It will contain 45 lbs. of lobster meat and four gallons of Miracle Whip. When completed on June 7, the roll will then be cut up and served to lobster loving patrons at Maine’s Old Port Festival. Proceeds will go to the Portland neighborhood association for youth swimming lessons.
