The RP1 is a sleek race car design from Elemental Cars that boasts a body that's extremely lightweight and low to the ground to make the most of aerodynamics. With just two seats, the car is a lean, mean driving machine with lots of curves.
In designing the vehicle, Elemental Cars set out to create a car that would be easy to tune and configure to your liking. For example, Elemental Cars describes "One of the core guiding principles behind the RP1, was to enable someone to drive across country to their track of choice, quickly adjust the vehicle dynamics to their requirements, drive to their limit, unencumbered by a road-going set-up and then adjust everything easily back for the drive home." The vehicle is powered by a Ford 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine and is able to reach speeds of up to 250 km/h.
