Justin Nowak was granted nearly full artistic freedom when it came to the design of Potty Mouth Soap packaging. Keeping with the oral theme, he arranged small white cubes of the cleanser into two rows of three each and framed them like a set of big teeth. The box that contains them is decorated to resemble a face, putting the pearly white bars of soap into physiognomic context.
Potty Mouth Soap packaging comprises three fragrances associated with three historic characters: Napoleon is Fowl Mouth Freesia, Marie Antoinette offers Lash Out Lavendar and King Louis XVI presents Sassy Saffron. The illustrator's distinctive style skillfully expresses the contorted appearances of these characters, complete with wrinkles and wide eyes that might be associated with the act of calling out crude words.
