PLUSS is an employment service that helps people with disabilities or other disadvantages to find meaningful employment either within one of their internal commercial companies or at an outside institution.
They operate out of South West England and West Yorkshire and firmly believe that people of all abilities are entitled to employment. By targeting those who are the furthest from the labor force, the company actively works to provide those with physical or learning disabilities of any kind or long- term health concerns with the skills and training required to find a job.
Offering short term contract positions for the disabled within their network of internally run organizations allows the clients of the non-profit organization to gain valuable experience and skills that help them to be placed in a long-term job after the training is complete.
