The new Plant-Based Chorizo is made from a combination of chipotle peppers, ripe tomato paste, crushed garlic, Spanish smoked paprika, and extra virgin olive oil, all paired with natural pea protein. This faux sausage is certified vegan, made without artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, grains, gluten, or soy, and packs a whopping 16 grams of protein into each four-ounce serving.
To celebrate the launch of the new plant-based protein, Chipotle has added three new Lifestyle Bowls powered by the Plant-Based Chorizo.
