Serious Eats Created a Seriously Amazing Pizza Waffle

It seems as if waffles are the food of the year, considering how many recipes they have been infused into lately -- take this pizza waffle recipe as a prime example. The foodie folks at Serious Eats created the confectionery in the the likes of the staple Italian food and the likes of the puff pastry breakfast food.
After combining a puff pastry package they had in the freezer with popular pizza toppings, like pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce, the cooks came up with this delicious recipe. Essentially, they just rolled up the ingredients and placed it in a waffle press. The results of doing so is an ooey-gooey, cheesy and meaty-middled meal that is appropriate for all times of the day.
