Brad Pitt has undertaken the role of furniture designer with his Pitt Pollaro Collection. But this is not for the big screen. Instead, this endeavor has been a passion of his ever since college when he first stumbled upon the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Since then, his love of architecture and design has become well established, especially through his Make It Right foundation.
Collaborating with Frank Pollaro, the Pitt Pollaro Collection is full of Art Deco stunners that appear more works of art than pieces of furniture. The process and production came about when Pollaro came across Pitt's sketchbook of designs by chance one day. He recalls, "I asked him, ‘Why don’t we make some of this stuff real?’ Brad said he thought that could be fun.”
