X.Pose by Xuedi Chen and Pedro G.C. Oliveira is a corset that's also connected to one's smartphone. The more data that's received, the more revealing this 3D-printed corset becomes.
Tech-integrated fashion is becoming more and more common in today's busy world, but this is one of the first designs to track the data of a smartphone and have it directly effect the look of a piece. The real questions is whether or not people will end up wearing these designs in everyday life. Considering with this piece that it integrates with smartphones to become more revealing, my guess is that unless an exhibitionist was wearing this, the streets would be off-limits. The design certainly challenges conventional clothing and what certain pieces can be used for.
