We've featured plenty of bad Photoshop disasters here at Trend Hunter, but if you're like me, a daily fix of Photoshop disfigurement is just what the doctor ordered. To fill this need, PhotoshopDisasters.com catalogues the best of the worst with all the snark and sarcasm such incisive journalism requires.
These ten entries are among Photoshop Disaster's latest. Each blog entry links to the original image source when possible, which makes a really poorly edited image even funnier. You get a nice chuckle at the phantom hand below Shawn Johnson, but that chuckle becomes uproarious laughter when you see it on Sports Illustrated's official website. (Incidentally, it looks like they've gone back in and cropped the image so that the hands are no longer visible.)
Since many of the images are user-submitted, there's essentially an endless database of Photoshop disasters to choose from. I'm astonished that bad Photoshopping continues to happen--check out the promo art for Britney Spears' "Womanizer," Shawn Johnson for Sports Illustrated and a promo shot for '90210.'
