A public art piece and performance installation is hoping to share a sobering message on climate change. This artistic endeavor traps people in water-filled boxes so people can visualize the impacts of global warming and connect its long-term effects to their everyday actions. Holoscenes by Lars Jan is currently seeking funding on Kickstarter so that it can complete the centerpiece -- 'a hydraulically-animated aquarium' that floods the performers.
The tank will flood with 12 gallons of water before draining and flooding over and over again.
