The People's Food Company is a social enterprise that offers the most delightful food made from mostly sustainable, local, fair trade and organic ingredients. Menu offerings from this past spring included baguettes with British bangers, coconut macaroons, pesto pastries and chicken caesar salads. Even Peter Holbrook, the Chief Executive of Social Enterprise UK, has a blurb up on the website about how delicious the offerings are. Take his word for it.
