The Peace Coffee Shop is the first cafe from the folks at Peace Coffee, and is located in what was once Minneapolis’ Wonderland Park Amusement Park. In the city’s Longfellow neighborhood, the Wonderland Park Peace Coffee Shop is run by a local non-profit, the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy, just as Peace Coffee.
The cafe is a bright space that was put together by volunteers and Peace Coffee staff themselves, while they also ask for the help of local artists in incorporating upcycled materials to decorate the space.
In addition to their organic and fair trade Peace Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, the coffee shop features locally sourced baked goods, soups, and more.
