This Paris Hilton editorial for Purple Magazine will defy all of your expectations about the notorious socialite.
Before there was Kim Kardashian and the media circus that is her family, there was Paris Hilton. Paris, and her then-best friend Nicole Richie, were the original queens of reality television, starring in the wildly popular series 'The Simple Life.' The show exploited the girls' status as spoiled, filthy rich girls, placing them in a farm in the middle of Arkansas to live with regular ol' folks. Hilton made a name for herself on the show as an obnoxious party girl with a penchant for pink, a teacup chihuahua and a signature catchphrase: "That's Hot."
Nowadays, Hilton lives a much quieter life, unfettered by the prying lens of television cameras. The editorial reflects this change by painting a much different picture than the one we're used to seeing: Hilton is demure, lovely and sensual in an understated way.
