Parco Acque ai Cappuccini by Simone Micheli is Quirky and Cartoonish

The Parco Acque ai Cappuccini pool area looks like a cartoonish playground. Considering that it is part of a wellness center for adults, that image might seem a little jarring at first. Of course, channeling one's inner child often can do wonders for people's health (as long as they had a happy childhood), so perhaps the design isn't so crazy after all.
Designed by Italian architect Simone Micheli, the Parco Acque ai Cappuccini is located in Gubbio, Italy. While the pool area has giant yellow sculptures, the other areas are lit with neon blue lights for a futuristic calming effect. Fun and quirky, there is a fluid feel to the entire Parco Acque ai Cappuccini space that accentuates the focus on water.
