Rather than going about business as usual, this year's NYFW Opening Ceremony show on September 7th will take the form of a one-act play. The fashion brand is going all out for the theatrical performance, enlisting renowned director Spike Jonze and Jonah Hill to develop the performance.
Although Jonze has worked before with Opening Ceremony on fashion capsule collections for films like 'Where the Wild Things Are' and 'Her,' this will be a whole new kind of production for both Jonze and Opening Ceremony. With a few weeks to go until the start of New York Fashion Week, the finishing touches are reportedly still being put on the plot of the play, but this will definitely be one runway show to keep an eye out for this Fall.
