Model Jordan Almen nips and tucks herself for beauty's sake in the Noi.se 'Pull Yourself Together' editorial. Or at least, that is what the images suggest. In reality, her picture perfect features have been almost grotesquely tweaked with tape and other removable tools. Nothing has been permanently damaged here, although it does shed a dark light on such common and often unnecessary cosmetic surgery procedures as facelifts and boob jobs.
The Noi.se 'Pull Yourself Together' editorial was shot by photographer Baard Lunde. Interestingly, the facial distortions give the short-haired beauty a maniacal look, giving the photoshoot a surreal emotional element. Completely creepy, it is as though the magazine wants to shed light on the insane reasons for such versions of beauty.
