Nike ID is a service that has been around since 1996, but it's only making its way to Canada now. This speaks to the fact that many consumers are appreciating the ability to customize the products that surround them. And what is more telling of one's individual personality -- at least right off the bat -- than the clothes they were?
Taking over the Nike Loft in Toronto, the Nike ID service is available both in person and online. With the slogan, "Designed by you. Made by Nike," it grants access to 10 different shoe styles and countless of colorways. The Nike ID experience can be capped with the addition of the customer's own name, a special number or even motivational saying.
All of this is reflected in the newly redesigned Nike Loft, where examples of custom sneakers as well as the construction of such products, are put on display.
