Nicolò Morales has designed a new collection of ceramic pieces for the Italian brand Paola Lenti. It starts off with the natural resources that are gathered from Caltagirone, Italy, where they live and work. Morales collects soils and minerals from the same space and translates that into various textures of clay.
There are four pieces in the capsule starting with the Stelo structure, followed by the Primula table, Helico table, and the Anemone side table. The capsule honors the alchemy that comes forth using expert craftsmanship with the found materials. The Stelo is a standing structure stacked with organic columns that is further hand-painted. The Primula supports a glass table top, the Helico has a thick table top with captivating textures at the underside, and the Anemone is sculpted from custom blends of clay.
