The new spacesuit that NASA is rolling out is a far cry from the more conservative and functional look that the organization used to use. This spacesuit borrows from the old school video game Tron to create a glow in the dark, light-up spacesuit that will be the envy of all the other astronauts.
The idea of being an astronaut is cool; travelling through space, seeing other planets and of course zero gravity is something few are able to experience during their lives. The one thing that seemed incredibly hard to use though, was the spacesuit, so NASA is upping the ante with this new one.
The new suit will have a 360 degree display and a built-in HUD display to bring the new suit right in line with the futuristic expectations that us normal people have of astronauts.
