Starbucks is Adding Three Natural Soda Drinks to Its Summer Menu
Laura McQuarrie — May 24, 2014 — Lifestyle
This summer, Starbucks will be serving up natural soda drinks that are made-to-order and contain no preservatives, high-fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors. More and more consumers are becoming highly health-conscious and these sodas offer a much healthier alternative to enjoying a fizzy beverage loaded with sugars and additives.
Along with the drinks comes a new 'Fizzio' carbonation machine that will help baristas handcraft the three new sodas. The natural soda flavors were tested last year and include Golden Ginger Ale, Spiced Root Beer and Lemon Ale, which are offered for more or less the same price that you'd pay for an Italian soda.
Starbucks' three Handcrafted Sodas will be available at stores across the Sun Belt in the US, in addition to a few locations in Singapore, South Korea, and China.
