Knowing that there are many people who will be kicking off the arrival of a new year with health and fitness goals, Biofit will be launching a natural gym pop-up for a limited time in early January.
This new pop-up gym is being described as "the world's first 'biophyilic indoor gym," as it is made up of a large amount of vegetation and other natural elements. The interior of the gym will be designed by award-winning landscape architect Lily Jencks around the theme of providing as much "Vitamin N(ature)" as possible. For the pop-up, Biofit has commissioned a research project from the Research Institute in the UK that will study the links between the indoor environment and one's mood, anxiety levels, attention and mental performance.
Some of the sessions that will be offered at this natural gym pop-up include corporate team-building activities, group classes, as well as lessons on strength, stamina, play and fighting techniques.
