MyNB is an app-based loyalty and rewards program offered by New Balance. The program revolves around rewarding customers for their loyalty as well as for their fitness gains. Customers can earn points in a number of ways -- by making purchases, sharing New Balance social media content and personal fitness activity.

The program records customer's fitness through RunKeeper, an app that helps users keep track of their fitness levels. As customers meet fitness goals and gain points, they are given the opportunity to pick up rewards including New Balance products, meet-and-great events with athletes and more.
