Artists Hussain Almossawi and Quintin Williams have always wondered what shoe the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles might wear. Putting their creativity to work, the two artists developed a realistic illustration of what they think the crime fighting turtles might wear.
Featuring an ergonomic design complete with two toe compartments, this shoe is done in a white and black camouflage colorway with touches of light green at the ankle and outsole. The futuristic shoe also displays hexagonal vents inspired by the Ninja Turtles' shells while a ribbon wrap provides additional support. Almossawi and Williams finish the concept with a zip-closure and leather detailing along the ankle.
We may never know if the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles would ever wear such footwear, but this illustration does open the door for other artists to create their own Ninja Turtle apparel art.
