Anyone who loves Billy Murray and Wes Anderson as much as I do will definitely get a kick out of Casey Weldon's latest prints called Murray Time.
Casey Weldon's Murray Time depicts the actor dressed as Wes Anderson characters he didn't play in the movies he's appeared in. Fans of Anderson will instantly recognize the the individuals being portrayed in these incredible prints. The films include The Royal Tenenbaums, The Darjeeling Limited, Rushmore and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. The illustrations definitely have that quirky, retro aesthetic that often recurs in Anderson's films.
The Murray Time prints are limited to 100 copies only with each being signed and numbered by Weldon himself. All of it is currently available at the Spoke Editions online shop.
