Canon introduces a new range of products during CES this year, and one of the highlights is the MREAL X1 mixed-reality headset. There's a selection of new VR and AR devices and this one is described by the brand as “MREAL is unlike anything Canon has ever developed, a premium visualizer/simulator that helps account for limits of scale, perception, analysis, and participation, and provides superb, almost life-like image clarity and color accuracy.”
The design of the headset is relatively slim, making sure that it does not cover the entire peripheral vision of a wearer. It presents only the virtual elements that are within the visual focus, which is 58° x 60°. Additionally, the elements within the virtual realm are also interactive as well.
