With many examples unveiled at last month's CES 2023 event in Las Vegas, these February 2023 tech innovations range from photo-realistic virtual models to freestyle desktop printers.
While ColorDigital and its DMIx platform teamed up with Verce to create a set of customizable and photorealistic StudioAvatars for brand use, the conceptual 'DUAL' printer device by Joonyeol Bae boasts an "elongated, conical construction that hides advanced technology inside." The device is re-imagined interpretation of nostalgic printing devices, through a fresh set of eyes.
Other February 2023 tech trends to note include security company ADT Commercial's EvoGuard robot. The robot was recently unveiled at CES 2023 and marks an important step in ADT Commercial's goal of becoming "an intelligent autonomous guarding company." The company hopes its robot will be a solution for labor shortages while working to streamline and improve corporate security processes.
