Studio Bazi has made the best of the spacial restrictions of a 33 square meter Moscow flat. Utilizing a smart storage approach, as well as modern interior design motifs, the interdisciplinary Russian-based firm was able to create the illusion that the space is bigger than it actually is.
From large bookcases, spanning from the kitchen to the living room with a space to hand additional chairs, to a series of pull-out cabinets under the stair case, the design of the Moscow flat is a dream for any practical person. In addition, the kitchen and laundry facility is concealed within an oak cabinet that relies on a modular arrangement. It is truly impressive how good design can transform something as simple as a Moscow flat into an epitome for compact living.
