Beatriz Ramo from STAR Strategies + Architecture works with Bernd Upmeyer from BOARD to create the unique Cabanon. This is a dynamic micro apartment that measures only 74 square feet and is highlighted by the clever layout backed by folding furniture to make the most out of the space.
The home manages to feature a bath and spa space and the name is influenced by a cabin of the same name owned by iconic architect Le Corbusier. The apartment is inside the 1950s residential building in Rotterdam -- it is in what was once an attic space. The area originally functioned as a space for storage and now sections into four areas -- an elevated bedroom, bathroom, spa area, and the kitchen and living room in one.
