The Bonchon MoPo Corn Dog has been created by the Korean fried chicken brand as a new Korean cuisine-inspired twist on the classic American snack for diners to try out this season. The menu item starts off with mozzarella cheese covered in a crispy breading with crunchy potato cubes before being covered with a Soy Garlic sauce or rolled in cinnamon sugar to provide customers with a savory or sweet taste experience. The menu item comes served with your choice of Spoicy Mayo, Kewpie Mayo, Cucumber Wasabi, Ranch or Bibimbap sauce.
Chef Jae Park spoke on the Bonchon MoPo Corn Dog saying, "Korean corn dogs are a favorite Korean street food, blending our authentic flavors with elements of one of America’s classics. We knew that if we added a Korean corn dog to our menu, it had to have that famous, irresistible cheese pull.”
