KC Design Studio utilizes its understanding of contemporary interiors in the arrangement of this moody apartment which is located in Taipei, Taiwan. The aesthetic of the living abode effortlessly communicates the modernist agenda. By request of the client, KC Design Studio uses "a darker color palette of grey, black, and wood tones." The open floor plan, however, supplies the moody apartment with a constant influx of light that assures the space isn't too dark and unwelcoming.
The fluid layout is designed to meet the needs of the client who, as it turns out, enjoys entertaining. As a result, KC Design Studio installs small features in the moody apartment that effortlessly and seamlessly enable the owner to interact with people in his living space. The island in the kitchen, for example, is designed with an attached dining table that allows for both "casual and sit-down meals."
